Wasilla Salmon Fishing Season
Salmon fishing charters for King salmon start in the month of May through the middle of July.
Weather can always be a factor on the way we target these fish.
Morning salmon fishing always produced fresh and aggressive fish entering the rivers on those bigger tides.
Afternoons I target my more popular shaded fishing holes down river as we back troll using kwik fish for King Salmon.
Silver season July all the way through September, we achieve excellent results with our clients using spinners to catch silvers. The end of July - August 20th is usually peak season for catching silvers.
